    Our plunger dispensing valve is an innovative plunger-type dispensing head that expertly controls adhesive output through plunger movement. Featuring a back-suction function, it ensures seamless continuous dispensing, making it the ultimate choice for rapid application of high-viscosity and high-liquid materials. This includes coating fillers, grinding media, and both single-component and two-component casting resins, operating within a viscosity range of 10,000 to 100,000.
    The plunger dispensing valve utilizes the volumetric dispensing principle, where the dispensing volume is precisely dictated by the cylinder's geometry and stroke. Not influenced by temperature, feed pressure, or material viscosity, it ensures a stable mixing ratio for two-component media, accommodating an applicable ratio range from 1:1 to 10:1, guaranteeing reliability and consistency.

Volumetric piston dispensers are perfect for handling both highly liquid and viscous materials. They adeptly manage filled and abrasive media, as well as 1K and 2K casting resins, making them indispensable for filling, sealing, and adhesive bonding applications. They are also ideal for applying thermally conductive pastes. Based on the volumetric dispensing principle, the material quantity is precisely controlled by the cylinder's geometry and stroke, independent of temperature, feed pressure, or viscosity. For 2C media, the mixing ratio remains constant, ranging from 1:1 to 100:10, ensuring precision as both cylinders discharge into a shared mixing tube.
