Screw Dispensing Valve:

    The screw dispensing valve is a screw valve metering dispensing head, which is mainly used for metering hot melt adhesives and thermal conductive adhesives with medium and high viscosity, providng high flexibility for variable glue volume and glue coating on different workpieces. Its core components, the rotor and stator, form a completely sealed metring chamber to achieve continuous metering dispensing, whic is not affected by fluid viscosity. Optional high-flow screw dispensing valves, micro screw dispensing valves, and dual-liquid screw dispensing valves.

    The screw dispenser sucks and dispenses by rotation of screw and writes dots finely and lines. This volumetric metering screw pump are not affected by liquid viscosity. Through endless piston operation, the dispensers enables continuous dispensing.
