Gear pump dispensing valve is a gear-driven metering dispensing head, utilizes a gear pump mechanism to precisely control adhesive output, making it an optimal solution for high-speed continuous dispensing and variable-volume applications. The dispensing volume is determined by gear geometry, number of teeth, and rotational speed. This system ensures continuous, stable material flow, and excels at rapidly and accurately handling geometrically complex workpieces with intricate 2D/3D contours.
This type of dispensing valve is volumetric dispensers, designed for the continuous application of low to high viscosity potting materials. The potting medium is drawn into the inlet with the help of roating gears, is conveyed through the pump on the outer side of the gear, and is then discharged on the outlet end. The amount of material discharged is determined by the tooth and gear geometry, the number of cogs and the set rotational speed.
Applied material: 1C, high/low viscosity casting materials, without filler materials, non-abrasive materials.
Applied process: continuous coating of sealants and adhesives, precise dispensing, coating, potting, sealing, adhesive bonding, etc.
