Our mixing heads are engineered to deliver exceptional homogenization of material components, guaranteeing exact dispensing quantity control and unparalleled process consistency. This is critical for gasketing, bonding, and potting in highly automated production environments, allowing for precision and efficiency combined.
The STOP-DROP DVS-3 precise nozzle lock system in our mixing head ensures flawless execution by perfectly joining the ends of the continuous foam stream. Enhanced reliability is achieved through our high-pressure water rinsing process. For low-pressure processes, we provide an array of mixing heads designed to excel in diverse working conditions.
It's main functions & advantages include:
1. Auto-Cleaning: The system initiates cleaning cycles based on the adhesive's open time, utilizing high-pressure jet streams for 360° cleaning of the mixing head to thoroughly remove residual adhesive.
2. Anti-Drip: Equipped with the "Stop-Drop DVS-3" axial locking system, which have features of anti-drip operation and no maintenance.
