It's main functions & advantages include:
1. Auto-Cleaning: The system initiates cleaning cycles based on the adhesive's open time, utilizing high-pressure jet streams for 360° cleaning of the mixing head to thoroughly remove residual adhesive.
2. Anti-Drip: Equipped with the "Stop-Drop DVS-3" axial locking system, which have features of anti-drip operation and no maintenance.
3. Auto-Pressure Stabilization: An intelligent pressure control algorithm, integrated with precision pressure sensors, ensures consistent material supply and stable/reliable dispensing.
4. Vortex Mixing: A servo motor drives a vortex-flow-designed mixing head, enabling homogeneous and thorough mixing with flexible controllability.
5. Cyclone Drying: Jet channels simulate cyclonic airflow to remove and dry cleaning agents inside the mixing head, effectively preventing residue.
