The Gear Pump Dispensing Valve is an advanced gear-driven metering dispensing head that utilizes a precision gear pump mechanism to accurately manage adhesive output. The dispensing volume is expertly determined by the intricate gear geometry, the number of teeth, and the rotational speed, ensuring a seamless, stable material flow. This sophisticated type of dispensing valve is a volumetric dispenser, engineered for the continuous application of a wide range of viscosities in potting materials. The potting medium is expertly drawn into the inlet by the rotating gears, conveyed through the pump on the outer gear side, and then precisely discharged at the outlet. The exact amount of material discharged is meticulously determined by the tooth and gear geometry, the number of cogs, and the set rotational speed, ensuring optimal performance.
