Humanid Robot Sensors Assembly and Testing Line
Humanoid robots are a type of robot that imitate human appearance and certain behaviors, usually designed to have a shape similar to that of a human. They are applied in multiple fields such as service sector, healthcare, education, scientific research and industrial automation. With their human-like perception and interaction capabilities, limb structures and movement patterns, humanoid robots can quickly integrate into various environments designed for humans. In the future, they are expected to replace humans in simple repetitive labor and dangerous operations, and also assist humans in completing complex tasks.
Sensor systems constitute the fundamental enabler for humanoid robotic perception, transmitting acquired data to the central processing unit (CPU) to execute responsive actuation. Both internal proprioceptive sensing (critical for performance monitoring) and external exteroceptive modalities (tactile, visual, auditory) are mission-critical, directly determining the robot's operational envelope and application scope.
Humanoid robot sensors mainly used in: environmental perception, motion control, interactive perception, security protection, etc.
HOLS has been in Sensor Automated Assembly Line for many years, with decades of dedicated expertise in sensor automated production lines, HOLS remains at the forefront of industrial innovation. We are strategically positioned to empower the ubiquitous adoption of humanoid robotics through cutting-edge sensing solutions, driving the new productivity revolution across industries.
The working process simply include:
1. Smart warehousing, AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle) feeding parts to production line
2. Using mechanical arm to take and assembly (this designing method will replace operator heavy labor well)
3. Mechanical arm for soldering
4. Dispensing/potting and curing
5. Helium detection
6. Program burning and calibration
7. Automatic unloading into warehouse (AGV conveying)
Q1: What products does your company have?
A: HOLS focus on intelligent manufacturing, company business mainly has three parts: customized production line, standard products, and testing services. Among them, the standard products include dispensing machine, potting machine, curing equipment, and related products. Customized production lines are customized automated production lines according to customer requirements, mainly involving new energy motors and electronic control systems, automotive and electronic semiconductor related products. Such as assembly and testing lines for various sensors, intelligent chassis by wire control production lines solutions (brake by wire, steer by wire, suspension by wire, etc.), new energy motor production lines, and IGBT frame dispensing and curing production lines, etc. The testing services mainly provides various testing, data simulation collection and other services.
Q2: Where is your company located?
A: HOLS is headquartered in Suzhou, with manufacturing bases in Suzhou and three offices. Meanwhile, two overseas offices are located in Germany and Mexico. Committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers worldwide.
Q3: How long does it take to produce the machine?
A: Because our products are customized based on customers' demands, it takes about one month for standard equipment to be delivered from receiving an order. It takes approximately three months for a non-standard production line from the initial confirmation of design to delivery.
Q4: If we don't know how to use it after purchasing the machine, will your company teach us?
A: Sure. We warmly welcome you to send a team to visit our factory. Our engineers will provide operational guidance until you can fluently operate the equipment. If visiting our company is inconvenient for you, we also offr online support services.
Q5: What should we do when equipment malfunctions?
A: 1. 24/7 expert support: our engineers remain on standby around the clock to deliver swift issue identification and resolution, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
2. One-year comprehensive warranty: all equipment is covered by a 12-month warranty against material defects under normal operation. Qualifying repairs include free replacement parts (exclusions: intentional damage/unauthorized modifications).
3. Operational documentation: a complimentary user manual is provided for seamless system integration and standardized maintenance procedures.
4. Remote assistance options: real-time video diagnostics via teams/Zoom; Secure system remote control; Cloud-based performance analytics dashboard.
