The plunger dispensing valve is a plunger-type dispensing head that controls the output of adhesive by the movement of the plunger. It has a back-suction function, facilitating continuous dispensing. It is an ideal choice for rapid dispensing of high-viscosity and high-liquid materials, such as coating fillers or grinding media, as well as single-component and two-component casting resins, with a viscosity range of 10,000 to 100,000.
The plunger dispensing valve is based on the volumetric dispensing principle. The dispensing volume is determined by the geometry of the cylinder and the stroke. The dispensing ratio is not dependent on temperature, feed pressure, or material viscosity. The mixing ratio of two-component media can be guaranteed to be stable, with an applicable ratio range of 1:1 to 10:1.

In order to improve the production, we designed 2 and 4 needles module which suitable for simple dispensing and small product, thus not only keep the precision, also can finish more products one time. Other advantages:

Screw Dispensing Valve:
The screw dispensing valve is a screw valve metering dispensing head, which is mainly used for metering hot melt adhesives and thermal condustive adhesives with medium and high viscosity, providing high flexibility for variable glue volume and glue coating on different workpieces. Its core components, the rotor and stator, form a completely sealed metering chamber to achieve continuous metering dispensing, which is not affected by fluid viscosity. Optional high-flow screw dispensing valves, micro screw dispensing valves, and dual-liquid screw dispensing valves.
Gear Pump Dispenser:
Gear pump dispensing valve is a gear-driven metering dispensing head utilizes a gear pump mechanism to precisely control adhesive output, making it an optimal solution for high-speed continuous dispensing and variable-volume applications. The dispensing volume is determined by gear geometry, number of teeth, and rotational speed. This system ensures continuous, stable material flow, and excels at rapidly and accurately handling geometrically complex workpieces with intricate 2D/3D contours.
