Vacuum Dispensing Chamber Description

In order to make this machine widely used for various products and meet different requirements, we adopt modular designing like dispensing valve, easy to operate interface when customer need to change the working condition of machine (needle trajectory, vacuum degree, and other changes).
Working process:
Firstly products move into the first chamber then pump the air to become the vacuum condition, then move to the second chamber to dispensing and finally move to the third hamber to return to a normal environment.
Three axis designing to accomplish the dispensing valve moving not only in two-dimension plane, to keep stability and high efficency.
As for the dispensing part, we have various glue valves to meet our customers' differnet need. For example, the viscosity and material component of adhesives are quite different, thus adopt accurate dispensing valve will make 100 percent performance.
