1. Shell: Made of 1.2mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with spray coating treatment, the surface is flat, scratch resistant, and easy to clean.
2. Inner liner: Made of 1.0mm SUS304 mirror type stainless steel material, fully welded, the box is bright and clean, with excellent sealing performance.
3. Pipeline: The internal pipeline is welded with seamless stainless steel fittings to ensure that there is no air leakage or penetration in the pipeline.
4. Insulation layer: The interior is made of aluminum silicate rock wool insulation material, which is fire-resistant and flame-retardant. It is manually filled with a thickness of 80mm.
5. Temperature controller: Adopting Fuji intelligent PID temperature controller from Japan, it has precise temperature control and functions such as sensor disconnection alarm, over temperature protection, deviation correction, etc.
6. Temperature sensor: Adopting imported PT100 platinum thermistor (optional K-type thermocouple), with high accuracy and small error.
7. Electric heating generator: Using stainless steel black heat generator, it has a long service life, is safe and stable, and a continuous baking life of more than 10 thousand hours.
8. Blowing device: Equipped with a high-power high-temperature resistant long shaft motor and large-diameter stainless steel turbine blades, it can work stably for a long time in high-temperature environments.
9. Layer frame: The internal snake belly layer frame structure allows for adjustable layer height and free distribution of space inside the box.
10. Handle hinge: Made of zinc alloy hinge, explosion-proof safety handle, sturdy and durable, easy to open and close, with adjustable elasticity.
11. Sealant strip: Made of modified silicone rubber material, it can be used continuously in high temperature environments for a long time, with aging resistance and excellent sealing performance.
12. Castors: Equipped with 4 high load-bearing Wanxiang activity wheels, with brakes on the front wheels for easy movement.
