Our piston dispensers operate on the volumetric dispensing principle, where the dispensed material quantity is precisely determined by the geometry and stroke of the associated cylinders. This mechanical determination guarantees independence from temperature, feed pressure, or material viscosity. When using 2C media, the system maintains a constant mixing ratio within a range of 1:1 to 100:10 by simultaneously discharging both cylinders into a shared mixing tube, ensuring impeccable consistency.
