The stator is coated with paint by the external clamping method of the stator, effectively avoiding the contamination of the clamping claws.
The paint supply is provided by the company's self-developed system, which is precise and free of paint leakage. The paint dripping can be automatically adjusted from 0 to 45 degrees, increasing the filling rate in the stator slots to 99%.
The core unit of the paint supply system is a constant-temperature paint storage tank.
The temperature inside the storage tank can be monitored in real time, and a low paint level alarm is provided.
A diaphragm pump is configured to automatically input the raw materials into the constant-temperature paint storage tank.
