Air Suspension Assembly Production Line
Air suspension is an intelligent suspension system with air springs as the core elastic element and an electronic control system. It can dynamically adjust the vehicle body height, stiffness and damping characteristics to enhance the vehicle's comfort, handling and adaptability.
Its basic structure includes:
1. Air springs: Replacing traditional steel coil springs, they provide elastic support through compressed air and have strong compressibility and good vibration isolation effect.
2. Air supply unit: Including air compressors, air tanks, distribution valves, etc., responsible for generating and distributing compressed air.
3. Sensors: Height sensors, acceleration sensors, etc. monitor the vehicle body posture and road conditions in real time.
4. Electronic Cotrol Unit (ECU): Dynamically adjusts the inflation and deflation of air springs based on sensor data to control the vehicle body height and suspension stiffness.
5. Shock absorbers: Usually separate from air springs, they further optimize the shock absorption effect. Air suspension achieves a balance between comfort and handling through intelligent adjustment, and its technical core lies in the combination of air springs and electronic control systems. Although there are challenges in terms of cost and durability, with the acceleration of domestic substitution and technological maturity, air suspension is penetrating from high-end models to the mass market and becoming an important direction for the intelligent upgrade of new energy vehicles.
