    The plunger valve, also known as a needle dispensing valve, is designed for precise, repeatable dispensing of low- to medium-viscosity fluids. It operates by using a vertically moving plunger to open and close the fluid path, providing excellent control over shot size and ensuring sharp, clean cut-off to eliminate drips.
    Thanks to its fast response time and high dispensing accuracy, the plunger valve is widely used in applications such as SMT assembly, microelectronics, medical devices, and general adhesive dispensing. It is especially effective for dispensing UV adhesives, cyanoacrylates, solvents, oils, and other fast-curing or low-viscosity materials.
     Available in pneumatic and solenoid-driven configurations, plunger valves support both manual and fully automated systems. Adjustable stroke and interchangeable needle/nozzle sizes allow for versatile adaptation to a wide range of process requirements.

Specification
Volumetric piston dispensers represent the pinnacle of versatility, adeptly handling both very liquid and highly viscous materials. They excel in applying filled and/or abrasive media as well as 1K and 2K casting resins, making them indispensable for filling, sealing, and adhesive bonding applications. Additionally, they are perfect for applying thermally conductive pastes. Our piston dispensers are based on the volumetric dispensing principle, with the quantity of dispensed material precisely determined by the geometry and stroke of the associated cylinders. This mechanical determination ensures independence from temperature, feed pressure, or material viscosity. When utilizing 2C media, the mixing ratio remains constant within a range of 1:1 to 100:10, achieved by simultaneously discharging both cylinders into the shared mixing tube, ensuring perfect consistency.
