Our piston dispensers operate on the volumetric dispensing principle, with the quantity of dispensed material being precisely determined by the geometry and stroke of the associated cylinders. This mechanical precision ensures independence from temperature, feed pressure, or material viscosity. When utilizing 2C media, the mixing ratio remains consistently perfect within a range of 1:1 to 100:10, achieved by simultaneously discharging both cylinders into the shared mixing tube.
