Our piston dispensers operate on the volumetric dispensing principle, where the material quantity is precisely determined by the geometry and stroke of the cylinders. This mechanical determination ensures independence from temperature, feed pressure, or material viscosity. For 2C media, the mixing ratio remains consistent within a range of 1:1 to 100:10, thanks to the simultaneous discharge of both cylinders into the unified mixing tube, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability in every application.
